Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages).
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
Support office staff with preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing induction documents.
Welcome visitors and handle basic reception duties when required.
