CLEANERS AND HOUSEKEEPERS

Duties & Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the scullery and kitchen area.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning duties.
Ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience & Qualification
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
Previous experience in a kitchen or scullery environment preferred.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and reliability.
