KITCHEN ASSISTANTS / TEA LADIES

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, including equipment, surfaces, and floors.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
Manage kitchen inventory by assisting with stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
Support the kitchen team during service by performing various tasks as directed by chefs.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
Requirements
