Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process cash, card and customer payments accurately
Take and process customer orders
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Assist with daily cash-ups and transaction records
Answer calls and assist with telephone orders where required
Support general front-office and administrative duties
Keep the front counter and customer area clean and organised
