Key Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and money orders.
Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Assist customers with account inquiries, provide information on banking products, and resolve basic customer issues.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs identified during interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional banking experience.
