GENERAL WORKERS

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist with basic welding and gauging activities within the workshop.

Support assembly and stripping processes as required.

Assist artisans with assembly, disassembly, and painting activities.

Perform general workshop support and non-production-related steelwork.

Clean components using approved cleaning agents before assembly, inspection, or repair.

Ensure the effective and responsible use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.

Prepare components, materials, and work areas for workshop activities.

Assist with workshop housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Support workshop operations to ensure efficient completion of repair and maintenance activities.

Adhere to company procedures, policies, and values.

Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the workshop.
