CAREWORKERS

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and basic health-related needs.
Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Engage residents in social activities, conversation, and recreational pursuits.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
Monitor residents' well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a caregiving or residential support role is advantageous.
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
