Job responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the local organization and the team
  • Developing and defining the companies strategy together with the Holding Management and executing it accordingly-main focus in Sales and Marketing
  • Develop the local market, including sales development of additional/new products and team growth
    P&L responsibility, reporting company figures, forecasting and budgeting, monitoring of contribution margin, staff planning
  • Cooperation and meetings with the Group
  • Own sales activities (including building and developing relationship with existing and new clients)
  • Coordination of daily business activities
  • Coordination with the Head of Sales for his cluster
  • Willingness to travel- also outside the local country
  • Development of a successful pricing strategy
  • Constructive feedback culture in all aspects towards HQ and Team

Job specifications

  • Strong capability to formulate long-term visions, identify growth opportunities, and make data-informed strategic judgments
  • Proven competency in initiating and managing transformational changes to strengthen market positioning
  • Ability to rapidly adjust strategies and operations in response to dynamic market conditions
  • Completed technical or commercial university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a global corporate structure, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, and experience with European companies
  • Extensive experience in sales, as well as market development and expansion
  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior executive role within the electrical industry with a track record of driving business success and growth
  • Seasoned leader with proven track record in team building, talent development, and creating high-performance culture through effective coaching and motivation
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
