Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings with key account decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Develop customized sales plans and solutions to meet the specific requirements of key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth from key accounts by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
- Analyze key account data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to introduce new products and promotions to key accounts.
Distributor Management
- Recruit and manage a network of distributors to expand market reach and increase sales.
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques and distribution strategies.
- Set sales targets and incentive plan for distributors and monitor their progress regularly.
- Conduct regular distributor reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Design and implement sales promotions, discounts, and rebates to encourage distributor sales.
- Resolve any disputes or issues with distributors in a fair and timely manner.
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop integrated campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of FMCG sales management experience, with a focus on key account and distributor management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in the home-care or person-care product is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit key accounts and distributors.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin. Good oral, reading and writing communication in English is required.
