About the job Sales Engineer BD, Taiwan

Job responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for all products and services across all divisions, such as Water & Power, CPI sectors and Oil & Gas etc.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels and strategic partnerships within to strengthen market presence within Taiwan.
  • Maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners and key stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support profitable pricing and positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Identify and proactively pursue project opportunities at feasibility and design stages.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to position the company as the preferred flow control solution provider, especially for Data Center.
  • Report progress within the Data Centre Tier 1 initiative and take direction from the Global Business Development Lead for Data Centers.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales and business development.
  • Strong technical understanding of flow control solutions and market requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel extensively within Taiwan and occasionally internationally.
