Scope of Work

The Senior Manager supports the AGM in coordinating day‑to‑day planning, commercial delivery, and operational execution for concerts, sports events, and major programmes at KTSP. This role serves as the primary account manager for hirers, ensuring smooth event delivery, and maximisation of commercial opportunities through hands‑on execution and proactive coordination.

Event Account Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for hirers, promoters, and event organisers throughout the entire event lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintain high service standards for hirers.
  • Support negotiations and interpretation of commercial terms, service requirements, and event‑related agreements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal functions to align operational and commercial needs for effective event delivery.

Commercial Delivery & Revenue Enablement

  • Propose and drive commercial initiatives, packages development and delivery plans with relevant Business Units to drive revenue. (e.g., hospitality, retail, F&B, merchandising, partnership activations, ancillary services, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing proposals, offers, pricing materials, and costing arrangements for commercial activities.

Event Performance Analytics and Reporting

  • Track commercial KPIs and follow up with BUs on progress and documentation.
  • Analyse event performance for reviews and enhancement.

Operational & Administrative Execution

  • Ensure all internal approvals, workflows, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by AGM or management to support smooth business and event operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within event management, venue operations, commercial coordination, business operations, or related fields.
  • Hands‑on experience in event execution, account servicing, client management, or commercial operations is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Event Management, or related disciplines.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability, with proven experience managing multiple events or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with hirers, internal teams, government parties, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support commercial KPI tracking.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
