About the job Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, budgeting, onboarding and departure, performance management etc.
  • Closely work with business units to provide professional HR service
  • Support and implement HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, system enhancements, and organizational development programs
  • Mediate employee conflicts with professionalism and empathy, fostering a positive work environment
  • Prepare various analysis, dashboards, and reports for management review
  • Handle any ad hoc project assigned by the superiors



Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Well-versed with employment ordinance and regulations
  • Knowledge in HRIS including SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an advantage
  • Attention to details and with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under tight timeline.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediately available will be preferred
