About the job Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, budgeting, onboarding and departure, performance management etc.
- Closely work with business units to provide professional HR service
- Support and implement HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, system enhancements, and organizational development programs
- Mediate employee conflicts with professionalism and empathy, fostering a positive work environment
- Prepare various analysis, dashboards, and reports for management review
- Handle any ad hoc project assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
- Well-versed with employment ordinance and regulations
- Knowledge in HRIS including SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an advantage
- Attention to details and with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently under tight timeline.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediately available will be preferred
