Engineer – Infrastructure and Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational support for Alibaba Cloud and Huawei network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Manage infrastructure and cloud-related projects, including planning, execution, and documentation to meet business objectives and timelines.
• Perform compliance checks and security risk reviews.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ICT related activities for Kai Tak Sports Park's events.

Professional Skills/Experience:

• 3 years hands-on experience in managing cloud and network infrastructure support.
• Knowledge in cloud and networking technologies.
• Able to work in a team environment with a can do attitude.
• Self-motivated, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Cloud certifications: Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate (ACA)
• Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISP) are a plus.
