Reports to: Maintenance Manager
職責:
- 在非營運/營運時間內，負責處理場地範圍內保養及維修等相關工作。
- 整理場地內維修工具及機器倉庫;
- 使用設施管理程式管理維修紀錄;
- 監督外判承辦商，確保其依照公司要求及安全準則施工;
- 協助完成項目及維修工程;
- 需要在活動期間當值候命;
- 按工作崗位及項目需要執行輪班工作，支援緊急維修工作。
資歷:
- 中五或以上程度;
- 持有機電/屋宇裝備/建築工程或相關證書或以上優先;
- 3年或以上相關工作經驗;
- 持有相關註冊半熟練技工或註冊熟練技優先;
- 持有註冊電業工程人員A牌或以上優先 (適用申請機電職位);
- 具有基本電腦操作知識;
- 良好粵語; 懂讀寫中文及英文 (如可以英語溝通優先) ;
- 處事細心、勤奮、主動及有責任心。
- 經驗較少者將被考慮為高級維修技術員或維修技術員。
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling maintenance and repair work within the premises during non-operational/operational hours.
- Organize the maintenance tools and equipment warehouse in the premises.
- Manage maintenance records using facility management software.
- Supervise outsourced contractors to ensure they work according to company requirements and safety standards.
- Assist in completing projects and maintenance works.
- Required to be on-call during events and on-duty.
- Perform shift work as required by the position and projects, including emergency maintenance support.
Qualifications:
- Form 5 or above education level.
- Holder of an electrical/building services/building studies certificate or above is preferred.
- 3 years or more relevant work experience.
- Holder of relevant registered semi-skilled worker or registered skilled worker registration is preferred.
- Holder of registered electrical worker Grade A license or above is preferred (applicable for electrical/mechanical positions).
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in Cantonese; able to read and write Chinese and English (English communication ability is preferred).
- Meticulous, hardworking, proactive and responsible.
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Technician positions.
