Role Introduction:

As a Waiter/ Waitress - The Champion Sports Bar, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining daily food and beverage operations and ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. You will work closely with the Captain - The Champion Sports Bar to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest service. Your role will be pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere and setting the tone for the overall guest experience at The Champion Sports Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests to The Champion Sports Bar, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests about menu offerings, upcoming events, and any operational changes.
  • Maintain daily operations including but not limited to taking order, serving food and beverage and handling payments with excellent customer services.
  • Assisting the Captain - The Champion Sports Bar to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of The Champion Sports Bar.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food & beverage services in a competent and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of The Champion Sports Bar and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve guest service standards.
  • Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and customer-centric attitude at all times.
  • Contribute to the implementation of special events, promotions, and themed nights at The Champion Sports Bar.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager - The Champion Sports Bar.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a sports bar, restaurant, or entertainment venue.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for sports and the ability to engage guests in conversations about sports and entertainment.
  • Bilingual (English and Cantonese).
  • This is a contract employment under agency and contract renewal is subject to management review.

  • 若營運需要,需在晚上、週末和假日工作。
  • 對運動充滿熱情,並能與賓客進行運動和娛樂話題的對話。
  • 能夠使用雙語(英語和廣東話)。
  • 此職位將由代理機構以合約形式聘用,續約需經管理層審批。
