Role Introduction

Manager - Infrastructure & Cloud entails designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure. The responsibilities include leading and managing infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, overseeing Microsoft Azure Active Directory, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on industry trends. The role offers the opportunity to lead cloud initiatives, provide technical solutions, and contribute to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability.
• Lead and manage infrastructure and cloud-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to meet business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions leveraging cloud technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and effectively communicate with cloud service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, access control, and integration with on-premises systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and service disruptions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Alibaba and Huawei cloud computing and Microsoft Azure Active Directory, evaluating their potential impact and recommending strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years proven hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering cloud-related projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in vendor management, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with cloud service providers.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user management, access control, and integration with on-premises systems.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and load balancers.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and AD issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred Cloud certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate (ACA), Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP).
• Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Infrastructure Manager.
