Role Introduction

The People Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR services to designated departments while actively supporting strategic HR initiatives. This position requires building robust business partnerships and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to develop tailored HR capability plans that enhance employee experience, engagement, and HR governance, thereby contributing to a high-performing organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to designated departments, facilitating the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Develop and execute HR capability plans to optimize employee experience, engagement, and overall HR governance.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, talent pipeline development, and workforce planning to meet current and future business needs effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, process enhancements, digitalization initiatives, and change management activities to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports to assist in management decision-making processes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required to support HR objectives and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in providing a wide range of HR services and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Excel and Word, and HRIS is preferred.
  • Detail-minded with excellent organizational skill.
  • With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high learning agility with a growth mindset.
  • Flexible and performance-driven, ability to challenge the status quo and simplify processes.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
