About the job Assistant Manager - Human Resources (2-years Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key person to drive the HRIS development and implementation project according to the predefined timeline.
- Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and vendors on user requirements collection to ensure the deliverables can meet the organizational needs and align with the HR policies.
- Monitor the data migration activities to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process workflows to support HRIS operations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality and user experience.
- Support other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience with focus on HRIS implementation.
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.
- Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an absolute advantage.
- Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight timeline.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
