About the job Assistant Manager - Human Resources (2-years Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key person to drive the HRIS development and implementation project according to the predefined timeline.
  • Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and vendors on user requirements collection to ensure the deliverables can meet the organizational needs and align with the HR policies.
  • Monitor the data migration activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process workflows to support HRIS operations.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality and user experience.
  • Support other HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience with focus on HRIS implementation.
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.
  • Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an absolute advantage.
  • Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight timeline.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
