Virtual Admin Assistant (Insurance/Beauty Agency) - WFH
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates who can start immediately without notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
-Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and timely communication and follow-ups.
-Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and documentation required for client and internal use.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
-Organize company files, manage databases, and ensure that office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
-Support the management in planning and organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
-Monitor office supplies, handle procurement requests, and liaise with vendors when necessary.
-Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications:
-Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
-Experience in the beauty or insurance industry is an advantage.
-At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or client servicing role.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
-Ability to work independently.
