Key Responsibilities:
-Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on client requirements and project objectives.
-Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings using professional rendering tools to bring designs to life.
-Produce immersive 360-degree render views and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations and approvals.
-Prepare comprehensive drawings, layouts, and design documentation using AutoCAD for project execution.
-Coordinate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and alignment throughout the project.
-Guide and mentor junior designers to uphold high design and production standards.
-Stay updated on design trends, materials, and rendering technologies to continually enhance creative output.

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
-Strong exposure in residential projects.
-Experience working with Singapore-based firms or clients is a plus.
-Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Corona Renderer.
-Excellent grasp of materials, finishes, color, lighting, and spatial design.
-Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
