Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain company websites to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and design consistency.
-Work closely with marketing and management teams to implement digital design elements that enhance marketing campaigns and user experience.
-Update website content regularly to reflect new services, promotions, and announcements.
-Optimize website structure, content, and speed for improved SEO and user engagement.
-Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
-Conduct regular performance checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with hosting providers or developers as needed.
-Create visual elements such as banners, icons, and landing pages that align with the brands aesthetic.
-Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX standards, and web technologies.
-Support integration with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms as required.


Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Web Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
-Proven experience (2+ years) in website design and management.
-Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
-Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
-Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and understanding of responsive design principles.
-Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and content teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Experience in the beauty or insurance industry is an advantage.
