Lead Generation/Sales Person (Work from Home)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation/Sales Person to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to make sales calls, and the capability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both over the phone and via virtual meetings.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help improve our offerings based on customer insights.

Qualifications:

Experience: Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and outbound sales calls.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales techniques and the ability to adapt to different selling situations.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
