About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in e-commerce marketing to join our team. In this role, you will not only design compelling visuals but also strategise and execute designs that drive engagement, sales, and brand loyalty across digital platforms. Your creative work will directly support product launches, promotions, and the overall customer journey in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create product visuals, banners, social media graphics, email marketing assets, and website creatives tailored for e-commerce promotions.

  • Design and optimise product pages and advertising creatives for better conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualise campaigns that align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing calendars.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, ensuring visuals align with brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.

  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns like online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google), and affiliate marketing promotions.

  • Monitor performance of creative assets and recommend design optimisations to improve engagement and sales.

  • Manage and organise graphic files and maintain a content library for marketing needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer working within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce marketing designs (product visuals, landing pages, social media ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and basic understanding of conversion-driven design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for modern visual trends.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with marketing and product teams.
