E-commerce Administrator

 Job Description:

Important note: We are looking for applicants who CAN START IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT A NOTICE PERIOD.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage, update, and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
-Create and maintain Google Sheets to track product information, pricing, inventory, and campaign submissions.
-Submit deals and participate in platform campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, Payday, and other promotional events.
-Coordinate with design and marketing teams to prepare campaign banners, POPs, and product visuals.
-Upload and update product photos, descriptions, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
-Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and sales results to identify opportunities for optimization.
-Assist in managing social media and Google Ads campaigns to align promotions across all channels.
-Ensure all listings and campaigns comply with brand guidelines and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
-Strong knowledge of online marketing and campaign strategies.
-Proficient in Google Sheets and data tracking.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales).
-Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and suggest improvements.

Preferred:
-Experience in social media and Google Ads management.
-Familiarity with seasonal or platform-specific campaigns.
