Job Description:

As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical planning, configuration, and implementation of integrated security systems. Your role includes:

Designing and configuring integrated security solutions, including access control and CCTV systems
Preparing single-line diagrams for system planning and execution
Estimating costs for system components and overall implementation
Providing technical support and clear solutions to customer inquiries
Assisting in project documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Information Technology
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with integrated security systems, particularly in access control and CCTV
Solid understanding of electrical or Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems
Familiarity with related systems such as building automation, public address/intercom, and fire alarm systems
