We are seeking a skilled Drafter with a strong understanding of construction and design, preferably with an interior design or architectural background. This role requires proficiency in CAD and Revit software. Experience in residential projects is highly preferred. This role focuses on two key areas: proposal drafting and actual project work, with an emphasis on speed and turnaround time.

Note: We highly prioritize candidates who are familiar with AI tools or technology integrated into drafting or design workflows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Create detailed drawings, layouts, and plans.
-Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and structural integrity.
-Interpret project requirements, construction codes, and specifications effectively.
-Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings and revisions are current.
-Provide drafting support throughout the design and construction phases.

Qualifications

-12 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in residential design.
-Proficient in CAD and Revit.
-Strong knowledge of construction techniques, design standards, and materials.
-Background in interior design or architecture is a plus.
-Experience or familiarity with AI-enabled design or drafting tools is highly preferred.
-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
-Strong spatial awareness and ability to translate design intent into technical drawings.
-Able to prioritize work effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Available to start immediately with no notice period.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
