E-commerce Admin (Accounting)

 Job Description:

Job Scope:

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
-Able to handle communication and customer relationships.
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software/powerpoint/Excel /generating reports and handling invoices/Delivery orders and Purchase Orders.
-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
-Manage correspondence via email and Whatsapp.
-Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
-Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
-Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers on all inquiries and quotations
-Sorting out daily mail
-Data entry for inventory and sales data
-Organise and file daily documents
-Answer to client's enquiries
-Invoicing
-Well-organised with strong attention to detail


Job Requirements:

-Possess Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in related work.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or a related role.
-Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel is a strong advantage.
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
-Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
-Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and provide accurate data.
-Self-starter with excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
-Able to commence work at short notice (preferred).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
