Account manager - WFH (URGENT HIRING)
Job Description:

The Account Manager will lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts meeting leads, pitching our innovative HR solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and engage business owners and executives in Singapore and other developed markets.
- Conduct virtual sales pitches, presentations, and consultations to showcase our solutions.
- Understand client pain points and position our offerings as the strategic solution.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to provide data-driven insights and suggestions that enhance sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the operations and onboarding teams
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking in the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and client messaging.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
- Proven experience in consultative selling or B2B client engagement.
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage leads and track activities.
- Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing solutions is a plus.
- Must be able to start immediately (no notice period).
