Mid/Senior Corporate Lawyer/Juriste Droit des Affaires

Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a:

Mid/Senior Corporate Lawyer/Juriste Droit des Affaires - Paris Area - 6 months - Hybrid

We are looking for a lawyer with experience working on large contract negotiations. Your role will be to project manage and lead negotiations, liaise with all internal client stakeholders and other outside counsel and advisers. You should have a pragmatic, business-minded approach as you will be working closely with business teams. The project will allow keen candidates to develop their legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Skills and experience:

- You have a law degree and at least 4 years' experience in contract work

- Strong legal and analytical skills

- Ability to work to deadlines

- Ability to establish credibility quickly with client business lines and other internal functions

- Ability to work as part of a team, approachable

- Clear and effective communication in French and English
