ISDA/FBF Juriste/Negotiator

Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a:

ISDA/FBF Juriste/Negotiator - Paris - Permanent/CDI-Hybrid

We are looking for a lawyer with experience of negotiating ISDA/FBF documentation to join our banking and finance team. You will be based in Paris and remote working is possible. You should have a pragmatic, business-minded approach as you will be working closely with the business teams. The project will allow keen candidates to develop their legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Skills and experience

• You have a law degree and have at least 6 months' experience negotiating master agreements
• Strong legal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to establish credibility quickly with client business lines and other internal functions
• Ability to work as part of a team, approachable
• Clear and effective communication -You must be fluent in English and French and be able to draft in both languages
