As we continue to expand our team specializing in legal entity management, we are looking for a lawyer to join our Montevideo office. The position is based in Uruguay.

MISSION:

• Ensure compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations, across the globe;
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
• Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
• Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
• Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

PROFIL:

• Law degree;
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the legal field;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English;
• Good legal analysis skills: ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and case law;
• Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
• Good oral communication skills;
• Sense of service and team spirit.
