Qualified Lawyer in Armenia

Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a:

Armenian Qualified Lawyer - On Site - 4/5 months

We are looking for Armenian qualified lawyer to provide legal support for our corporate clients. This may include advice, project management, internal policy development, monitoring legislative changes, and supervising more junior members of the team. This is a dynamic position offering exposure to a wide range of legal matters and the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to our practice.

Skills and experience

• You must have 5+ years of experience as lawyer (experience in FMCG is preferred)
• Strong legal and analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team, approachable
• Clear and effective communication in Russian and English
• Ability to work on MS Pack office
• Good Knowledge of Armenian legislation with main focus on:
  • Corporate and commercial law
  • Contracts
  • Labor law
  • Data Protection
  • IP law
