Senior Oracle ERP HCM Consultant (Solution Architect)

Location: Client Premises, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month

The Senior ERP Consultant (Solution Architect) will play a pivotal role in shaping the clients

strategy and roadmap to transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion

Cloud in HCM Domain. The position is responsible for developing robust, scalable, and

secure enterprise architecture solutions that align with business objectives and technology

standards. Acting as the key bridge between business and technology, the Architect will

define the modernization path, ensure alignment with corporate IT strategies, and guide the

design and delivery of next-generation ERP HCM solution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle

Fusion Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.

Develop fit-for-purpose enterprise architectures aligned with corporate IT standards

and modernization objectives.

Take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture and all related technology

decisions.

Establish and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines

across application, information, and technology domains.

Conduct deep-dive reviews of vendor products and key applications, providing

recommendations for both immediate improvements and long-term transformation.

Govern software development to ensure adherence to approved architectural

designs and non-functional requirements.

Maintain and evolve architecture roadmaps, technical enablers, and quality

improvements for ERP and related enterprise systems.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years experience as a Solution Architect or Lead in Oracle EBS

and/or Oracle Fusion HCM environments.

Proven experience defining migration strategies and executing transitions from

Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud in HCM (Human Capital Management).

Good understanding of HR management and related business processes.

Demonstrated expertise in ERP integrations, data governance, and security for HR

data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
