Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google and Meta ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer acquisition cost and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital advertising efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage a team of digital advertising specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to drive their professional growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 10-12 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of Google and Meta ads platforms and their respective best practices
- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition
- Experience with customer acquisition cost analysis and optimization
