The Role

As our Graphic Designer, you will be the visual architect of our brand and our clients' identities. This isn't just about moving pixels; its about strategic visual storytelling. You will bridge the gap between traditional design principles and modern AI workflows to produce high-impact assets at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Evolution: Develop and maintain sophisticated visual identities, logos, and brand guidelines.

AI Workflow Integration: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to accelerate concepting and asset generation.

Digital-First Assets: Design high-converting graphics for digital marketing, social media, and web platforms.

Typography & Layout: Execute precision-level typography and layout work across diverse digital mediums.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing and IT teams to translate complex technical concepts into digestible, stunning visuals.

What Were Looking For

2–4 Years of Professional Experience: A portfolio that demonstrates a transition from "good" to "strategic" design.

The AI Edge: Proven experience or a strong passion for integrating AI into the design process (e.g., generative fills, AI-assisted brainstorming, or automated workflows).

Adobe Power User: Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. (Figma experience is a major plus).

Visual Storytelling: A deep understanding of how typography and color theory drive SME growth and user trust.

Agility: The ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.

A portfolio that showcases both creative flair and technical precision (please include a link).
