Job Purpose

To design, implement, and support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (PBF) within a leading international airline. This role bridges Finance, IT, and Airline Operations, ensuring robust, scalable, and airline-specific planning models that drive strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Functional:
    • Lead implementations for Operating Budget (OPEX), CAPEX, Rolling Forecast, and Scenario Analysis.

    • Gather and translate requirements from Finance, Network Planning, Operations, and Engineering.

    • Design airline-specific planning models (route profitability, fleet planning, fuel forecasting, crew planning).

  • Technical:
    • Configure and support EPM platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud preferred; Anaplan/SAP BPC/OneStream acceptable).

    • Develop dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, dashboards, and reports.

    • Manage data integrations with ERP (Oracle/SAP), data warehouses, and operational systems ensuring governance and performance.

  • Stakeholder & Delivery:
    • Act as liaison between Finance and IT.

    • Support UAT, rollout, training, and documentation.

    • Drive enhancements and change management initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in EPM / FP&A / Planning systems with strong hands-on expertise in Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

  • Proven techno-functional background with ability to configure platforms and speak Finance fluently.

  • Experience implementing or supporting EPM platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud preferred).

  • Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
