JOB DESCRIPTION FOR POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager

Location: Our offices in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore

Duties/Responsibilities:

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Depending on existing role and years of experience

We are looking for someone to join and lead our team in Pakistan You will be responsible for managing
and delivering high-quality consulting engagements for our international clients. Your key
responsibilities will include:
Leading client assignments across diverse service areas (such as but not restricted to
accounting advisory, financial due diligence, valuations, and risk assurance).
Managing full project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality
delivery.
Coordinating with both internal teams and external subcontractors/collaborators to ensure
deliverables are aligned with client expectations and deadlines.
Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining accountability for end-to-end client
delivery.
Building and managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
Coaching and supervising junior team members to develop technical and soft skills.
Supporting business development activities including proposal writing and client pitches.
Taking initiative in internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualification:
Education: CA/ACCA Qualified. An MBA from a reputable university can also apply.
Experience: For AM - 4 to 6 years, Manager or Senior Manager (6 years plus)
Skills/Abilities
You need to have some experience of managing teams
Prior experience of working on consulting assignments will be a plus. With an audit background,
you need to have a desire to move into consulting.
Experience of working on international clients will be a plus.
Big 4 experience would be a plus, though not mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with
both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
