Role Overview
Lead the organizations operations and growth strategy, driving fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and board management to achieve the NGOs mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and impact.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure sustainable funding.
- Drive organizational growth through partnerships, programs, and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders, donors, and partners to strengthen relationships.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to align on strategy and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in NGOs or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership building.
- Strong expertise in operational management and organizational growth.
- Experience working with Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic, financial, and people management skills.
