Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure sustainable funding.
  • Drive organizational growth through partnerships, programs, and innovation.
  • Engage with stakeholders, donors, and partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to align on strategy and governance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in NGOs or mission-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership building.
  • Strong expertise in operational management and organizational growth.
  • Experience working with Boards and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic, financial, and people management skills.
