4. Manage day-to-day operations and interactions with incubatees, ensuring engagement and providing necessary support.

5. Develop and execute strategies for community engagement, including startups, investors, mentors, and stakeholders.

6. Offer ongoing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs in key areas such as business modeling, marketing, financing, and operations.

7. Ensure incubator facilities are aligned with industry needs and continuously monitor progress.

8. Stay updated with industry trends and maintain professional relationships to support the incubator's objectives.
