We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join as a founding member of our sales team. This is not a traditional AE role — you will play a critical part in building, shaping, and scaling our sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Drive outbound sales efforts, including high-volume cold calling and pipeline generation
- Build, test, and optimize sales processes and playbooks
- Collaborate closely with founders to refine go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales infrastructure
What We're Looking For
- 4–5+ years of consistent, high-performance experience in sales
- Strong background in SaaS sales environments
- Foundational understanding of Web3
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Confidence and resilience in outbound sales (including 100+ daily dials)
- Builder mindset with the ability to iterate and improve systems
- Experience creating pipeline from scratch is highly preferred
