Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and professional Restaurant General Manager to lead our Islamabad branch while providing operational oversight and support to the brand across Lahore and Islamabad.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of core restaurant management experience.
• Islamabad-based candidate with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and final accounts.
• Practical knowledge of local authorities, regulatory departments, and compliance requirements in Islamabad.
• Proven leadership, team management, and training abilities.
• Strong financial, cost-control, and revenue-management skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end operations of the Islamabad outlet.
• Ensure high service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Support operational coordination across Lahore and Islamabad locations.
