Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

1. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the incubation program, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with Ignite's requirements.

2. Work closely with the Project Director to analyze program outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure deliverables are met effectively.

3. Collaborate with the Program Director and Program Manager to ensure all program activities align with regulatory guidelines and operational standards.

4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of incubated startups, assessing growth, funding, and overall progress.

5. Conduct regular evaluations to maintain high program standards, ensuring the effectiveness of mentorship, resources, and incubation support.

6. Gather and analyze feedback from startups to refine program offerings, address challenges, and enhance overall incubation experience
