Sales Consultant
£24,000£50,000 per annum

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Consultant who enjoys genuine conversations and guiding customers toward the right solution. About the role

In this position, you’ll be speaking with customers who are actively exploring bathroom, boiler, or heating upgrades. These are warm enquiries people who already want help so your focus is on understanding their situation, explaining their options clearly, and making sure they feel supported from the first conversation to the final decision.

You’ll be managing your own pipeline, following up on enquiries, answering questions about products and installation processes, and helping customers choose the best service for their home. It’s a role that blends sales, customer care, and problem-solving, all while working with a company known for its reliability and craftsmanship.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 am 5:00 pm

Key duties

  • Handling inbound and warm marketing-generated leads.

  • Speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solution.

  • Explaining product options and installation processes in a clear, friendly way.

  • Discussing finance options where relevant.

  • Conducting home visits to provide accurate consultations

  • Closing sales while maintaining a customer-first, honest approach.

  • Supporting the wider team with any customer queries before and after booking.

Key requirements

  • Previous sales experience home improvements, heating, plumbing, or similar preferred but not essential.

  • Confident communicator who can break down information simply and clearly.

  • A consultative approach you listen first, then advise.

  • Comfortable working towards targets and motivated by achieving strong results.

  • Well-organised with good attention to detail.

  • A friendly, steady style that builds trust quickly.
