As a Communications & Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a variety of events, while also managing all communication strategies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, with a keen eye for detail and excelling in a collaborative setting.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00am - 5:00pm


Responsibilities

External Communications:

  • Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns with Digital Media Managers, ensuring SEO-enabled content.

  • Set and measure KPIs for the Digital Marketing Team, preparing performance reports for stakeholders.

  • Manage marketing budget, coordinating multi-channel activities for maximum brand exposure.

  • Managing PR activities and representing the company at events to enhance reputation and promote services.


Internal Communications:

  • Implement and communicate efficient processes, policies and procedures across the organisation.

  • Provide updates at chapter board meetings on priorities and activities, ensuring chapter reports.

  • Engage members, maintain the membership website area, and ensure the CRM system supports all needs.

  • Report to the Commercial Management team.


Events:

  • Develop a 24-month event strategy for online and face-to-face networking opportunities.

  • Monitor event success, making process improvements and coordinate charity auctions and raffles.

  • Ensure events align with brand standards, are profitable and promote event sponsorship opportunities.

  • Attending online and face-to-face events to measure success and implement changes where needed.


Experience

  • Experience in Events Management and Communication or a similar role would be a great added benefit.

  • You need a proactive and self-motivated approach, with a keen interest in the events industry.

  • Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint is essential.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
