Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 + Weekly Tips

Your responsibilities will include assisting with menu development, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Working Hours

Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Or

Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM 9:00 PM

Could also be a mix of both of the above options

Key Duties

  • Provide support to the Head Chef in all kitchen activities

  • Assist with the creation and development of new menu items

  • Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed


Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a kitchen

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
