Our client is looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Transactions Associate (M&A) to join their dynamic, collaborative global legal team. Youll play a key role in high-impact deals, working directly with clients and leveraging legal tech to deliver efficient, forward-thinking legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate a variety of M&A-related documents, including NDAs, offer letters, consulting agreements, indemnity letters, and engagement letters.
Provide direct legal counsel to clients, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Manage timelines and communication on active matters, maintaining strong control over workflow and client engagement.
Support the drafting, review, and management of corporate transaction documents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with tech teams to integrate legal technology and streamline service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators
Efficient and timely review and drafting of legal documents.
High standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Clear, concise communication with clients and internal teams.
Proactive use of legal tech to enhance productivity and precision.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Law.
Experience in M&A or corporate transactions within an international or top-tier firm.
Qualification to practice law is a plus but not essential.
Excellent command of English and the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
Exposure to international legal environments (academic or professional).
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
