Our client is looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Transactions Associate (M&A) to join their dynamic, collaborative global legal team. You'll play a key role in high-impact deals, working directly with clients and leveraging legal tech to deliver efficient, forward-thinking legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of M&A-related documents, including NDAs, offer letters, consulting agreements, indemnity letters, and engagement letters.
  • Provide direct legal counsel to clients, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • Manage timelines and communication on active matters, maintaining strong control over workflow and client engagement.
  • Support the drafting, review, and management of corporate transaction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate legal technology and streamline service delivery.

  • Efficient and timely review and drafting of legal documents.
  • High standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Clear, concise communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Law.
  • Experience in M&A or corporate transactions within an international or top-tier firm.
  • Qualification to practice law is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
  • Exposure to international legal environments (academic or professional).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
