Youll be joining a busy, upmarket hotel kitchen that serves high-quality, locally inspired dishes to a loyal customer base of holidaymakers, food lovers, and event guests. Please note: due to the location, youll need to drive and have your own transport (no public transport access)
Key Duties

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard

Support with menu development and seasonal specials

Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards at all times

Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
Key Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar chef role

Relevant professional culinary qualifications

Calm, reliable, and confident under pressure

A genuine passion for food and hospitality

Must drive and have own vehicle due to location
