Job Description:
Lead Administrator
£24,000£30,000 (pro rata)
Location: Haverhill
We’re looking for a Lead Administrator who genuinely enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly. If you’re someone who naturally brings order to busy environments, spots problems before they become problems, and takes pride in being the dependable “go-to” person in a team this role is worth your time.
About the role
In this position, you’ll become the central point of coordination for a company that handles a steady flow of heating, boiler and bathroom installation projects. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, keep records tidy and up to date, support the sales and installation teams, and guide customers through the administrative stages of their journey.
No two days will look the same one moment you might be scheduling surveys or installations, the next you could be answering customer queries, organising documents, chasing information, or making sure the right people have what they need to do their jobs well. Your work ensures that customers feel supported and that internal operations stay tight and efficient.
