About the job Sales Coordinator
OBJECTIVE
Provide full support to sales team to exceed sales goals and to Director of Sales in achieving the set objectives.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Managing Sales collaterals and keeping track of the inventory
- Assist in administration including maintaining organized and physical and online filing of required sales and marketing documentation.
- Support sales and marketing team by coordinating activities required for FAM visits and distributing updated FAM calendar.
- Coordinate site inspection for travel agents
- Account database management – maintaining master list of all existing accounts, updating new accounts, updating SUGAR with new accounts/changes.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing in implementation of sales plan.
- Assist sales team in distributing promotional flyers and collaterals.
- Analyze market trends and keep Sales team updated on current offers and trends in the market.
- Assist sales team with preparing required Sales and Marketing reports, budget and pricing strategy.
- Assist sales and marketing team to prepare materials for trade fairs, roadshows and sales calls.
- Assist sales team in sending quotation and coordinate follow up.
- Preparation of press packs point of sale materials and any specific requirements by client.
- Maintaining sales proposals and collaterals, rate cards, brochure and any required materials by sales
- Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports for promotions, offers, accounts.
